Wildlife Habitat Assessment
 EBA Engineering Consultants Ltd. (EBA) was retained by the City of Kelowna to perform a fish and wildlife habitat assessment of the Kelowna shore line.
The objective of the assessment was to gather information about important aquatic and foreshore habitats of Okanagan Lake so that the municipality can prepare a shore zone management plan that will incorporate scientifically based identification of environmentally sensitive areas.
This report is intended to provide a 2005 baseline biological inventory and assessment of the environmental sensitivity of the Kelowna shore zone in its present state - with reference to its prehistorical state.
