Wastewater Treatment Expansion
 The Wastewater Treatment Facility presently has the capacity to treat 40 million litres of sewage per day and the flows will soon reach that amount. Over the next four years, a $60 million upgrade to the treatment facility will expand capacity.
Upgrades will ensure:
- capacity for existing homes with no sewer service to allow them to connect to the City utility (i.e South Rutland)
- capacity for new customers as the city expands
