Sewer ratesSewer Utility revenues are derived from a monthly user rate plus an annual parcel tax. All customers pay the parcel tax; residential customers are also charged a monthly flat rate (or an annual flat rate when sewer is the only service provided by the City).
Industrial, commercial and institutional customers pay a minimum charge and a volumetric usage charge.

The volumetric rate (cost per cubic meter of internal water use) for Industrial, Commercial & Institutional (ICI) customers remained unchanged from 2000 to 2007. In 2008, the rate increased to $0.78/m3.
