Our journey to deliver a better standard of service for you is never-ending. However, we feel we’ve accomplished a great deal in a short period time. The new Pre-Board Screening Area and expanded Departures Room at Kelowna International Airport was reconstructed and officially opened in May 2008.

From our passengers to our airport partners, airlines to the community, our success as an economic engine for the Okanagan region depends on how well we serve you.  We are committed to continue to invest in our infrastructure so we can exceed your expectations.

What’s New?

Here are some of the new features we’ve added to serve you better:

• New food and beverage services – including WhiteSpot Restaurant and Lounge in the departures area (after security) and Tim Hortons located in the main terminal building prior to check-in
• $15 Store -jewellery, accessories, purses and gifts all for $15
• Happy and Grateful Shoe Shine - located in the departures area

• Okanagan Estate Wine Cellar - located in the departures area - offering a selection of wines from a number of the Okanagan's finest wineries.  Wine tasting available.

Food and Beverage

Before Security

Skyway Lounge - enjoy refreshments with friends and family before going through pre-board security. No minors allowed.

Tim Hortons - Open daily 4:30 a.m. - 10 p.m.-  premium coffee, flavoured cappuccinos, specialty teas, homestyle soups, fresh sandwiches and fresh baked goods.

After security

WhiteSpot Restaurant and Lounge - Open daily 4:30 a.m. - 10 p.m. - full service menu.  In a Hurry?  Take your meal to go and eat on the plane.

Skyway Café and Bar- light salads, sandwiches and quiches.  Premium coffee, cappuccinos, beer and wine.

Gifts of the Okanagan - located in departures lounge, offering Duty Free and souvenirs
