Highland Drive North Drainage Project & Clifton Road Watermain Replacement
The City of Kelowna constructed a new storm sewer along Highland Drive North from Brandt's Creek to Clement Avenue. The new storm infrastructure will divert the flows during peak times and reduce the risk of flooding in surrounding neighbourhoods.
This projected included the construction of new retaining wall along the east side of Clifton Road in preparation for the watermain and future four laning of Clifton Road between Clement and Mountain Avenues.

Public Consultations
On August 26, the public was invited to attend an open house where they were able to meet with City staff and Consultants and view panels on the project.
