This year's Car Free Day is on Sunday, September 25 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Stuart Park and on Water Street (Doyle Avenue to Queensway Avenue, in front of City Hall). Come on down to this year's emission free, fun filled day!

International Car Free Day
This annual event is celebrated all over the world around September 22nd to
encourage motorists to give up their car for a day and try active forms of transportation choices like cycling, walking, rollerblading, public transit or carpooling. The purpose is to enjoy fun, community wide events focused on reducing vehicle usage, pollution, noise and improving safety and air quality.
