The Commission will review the rezoning of the Central Green site (575-599 Harvey Avenue) from C4–Urban Centre Commercial to the newly created CD22-Comprehensive Development zone. The Commission will consider an overarching Development Permit containing design guidelines that will apply to the entire Central Green development site.
