Kelowna Family Y

The Kelowna Family Y, located at 375 Hartman Road, offers fitness, swimming and recreational programs for all ages.

The facility, run by the YMCA-YWCA, features an 8-lane shallow pool suitable for competitive swim meets, a leisure pool, a diving tank, two multi-functional rooms, cardio and weight rooms and an adult only Membership Plus change room and lounge.

The aquatic area is known as the Athans Pool in recognition of the George Athans Sr. (1921-2007), a world-renown diver and Kelowna resident, who competed in the 1936 Berlin Olympics, 1948 London Olympics and won gold and silver medals at the 1938 and 1950 Empire Games.

Hours of Operation:

• Monday to Friday 5:30 a.m. - 10 p.m.
• Saturdays 9 a.m. - 9 p.m.
• Sundays 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.
