Mayor's Environmental Expo
The 2010 Mayor's Environmental Expo showcased business, corporate, government and non-profit environmental initiatives in the Central Okanagan. The Expo will take place at Mission Creek Regional Park (2363 Springfield Road) on May 28, 2010.
School were invited to explore the Expo and take part in fun activities such as a trivia contest, Environmental Survivor and Environmental Jeopardy.
Mayor's Environmental Achievement Awards
In conjunction with the Expo, the Mayor presents the Environmental Achievement Awards which recognize businesses, groups and individuals who have made outstanding contributions to the quality of the environment.
