The Commission consists of seven members including one representative from each of the Kelowna Museum Association, the Okanagan Historical Society and the Central Okanagan Heritage Society. Four members are appointed from the city at large. Up to two members of Council may be appointed as non-voting liaison members. Members are appointed by Council for three year terms.
